Cabinet Refinishing of Spokane is pleased to offer cabinet painting and related services in the greater Spokane area. Please check out some of the services the we can provide below~
Cabinet Painting
Cabinet painting is the primary service that we offer. Cabinet painting comes with complimentary color samples, proper surface preparation of the existing cabinets, and 3 coats of paint. A clear coat can be added for additional protection at an additional charge.
Our preferred paint product is Sherwin-Williams Emerald Urethane Trim Enamel. We typically will use a Satin or Semi-gloss finish, depending on the client's preference. We can offer a variety of finish samples to determine the best fit.
If your cabinets are already painted, we will perform a test to confirm whether the existing paint is oil or water based. This is critical in determining how to best proceed.
Cabinet Staining/Refinishing
Cabinet staining and refinishing is another service that we offer. Cabinets can be stained to alter the color and finish of the wood grain. Samples are always recommended to ensure that the correct color is selected.
Cabinet Refacing
A very popular trend in the cabinet painting world is cabinet refacing. Cabinet refacing involves changing out doors and drawer faces, but not the "body" and cabinet boxes. Even combined with cabinet painting, this is still a substantial savings over total cabinet replacement. Updating the cabinet doors and drawers to a different/modern style can really breathe new life into a kitchen.
Clients can work with a manufacturer directly, or we can manage the refacing process for you.
Cabinet Removal/Moving
Another service we provide is cabinet removal, or reorganization of cabinets. Sometimes a client will want a cabinet section- or element- removed, or re-situated. We have changed the location of cabinets, removed wine racks and taken out unwanted breadboxes. This may involve minor wall repair depending on the situation. The direction of doors can also be modified.
Hardware Installation
Hardware, such as pulls, handles and cups, have been called the jewelry of the kitchen. They can help create the look that you are going for. Some cabinets don't have existing hardware, so adding hardware really makes a dramatic difference.
If you have existing hardware and your new hardware requires different holes. We can remove the hardware, fill in the current holes, sand down and drill new holes.
Hardware Modification/Soft-Close Hinges
We offer hardware modification services. This includes changing to soft-close hinges, invisible hinges, or both.
